Austria is well known as a world hunting destination with a lot of hunting opportunities. Picturesque landscapes, high-end service, professional organization and warm hospitality attract hunters from all over the world.

How to get there:

There are many ways to get to Vienna (capital of Austria) by different airlines. You will be met and assisted through the customs at the airport by our representatives who will take care of all the paperwork and formalities. We also recommend to our hunters to rent guns of very good quality available in the areas to avoid traveling with the own rifles. Then we will arrange the car transfer to the hunting area due to the species you hunt. The hunting areas are located from 2,5 to 4 hours driving from Vienna with high quality highways.

Hunting season:

August to December.

Species to hunt:

Alpine Ibex, Alpine Chamois, Mouflon, Red stag, Roe deer, Fallow deer, Wild Boars. It is possible to combine several species in one trip.

Hunting:

This is a spot-and-stalk hunt. The hunt on Ibex and Chamois means some walking. Not much climbing involved, physically not difficult. You should expect the altitude of 3200-6500 ft.

Accommodation:

4* hotels close to the hunting areas. Ones are nice and comfortable, with traditional cuisine restaurants at your service.

Weather:

It is nice and warm weather from the beginning of the season till the end of October. Occasional rains start at the end of October and it is snow in the mid of November in the mountains. In December the mountains are covered with a snow.

Austria is a great hunting destination with hundreds years of experience in the field.
